The Dolce and Gabbana Spring Collection featured an eyeshadow palette containing a yellow and pink eyeshadow. I wanted to use these colours in my Spring look, so I experimented with two different looks. The first look I did was a diffused yellow eye, with pink in the inner corners.
When I initially applied the yellow eyeshadow, it did not come out very strong on the eye at all. I tried it on top of a yellow cream eye colour base, which helped the colour stand out a lot better.
I then added the pink to the inner corner of the eye and blended it into the yellow.
I added some black liquid eyeliner to the lashline for definition on one eye and compared it to the other eye that did not have liner. I felt the black was a little too harsh and took focus away from the colour a little bit.
The next look I tried was using pinks all over the lid and blending them out. I started off with a coral pink and deepened the outer corner with a darker pink.
I added liquid liner again, but again I think the black was a little harsh, so maybe some softer definition would work better.
